Mass. Man Arrested On New Child Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Todd Edward Spataro, 57, in Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on March 22 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Yadiel Ortega Montero, born 2001, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. on March 22 on second-degree assault-child under 13, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Prospect Street.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 32, of Concord was arrested on two bench warrants at 10:49 p.m. on March 22 as well as a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at Royal Gardens.

Jory D. Worthen, born 1988, of Pittsfield received a summons at 8:55 a.m. on March 22 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Tucker Emil Paquet, born 2000, of Sanbornton received a summons at 9:24 p.m. on March 16 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Winsor Avenue.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Concord was cited at 10:38 a.m. on March 4 on a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property violation after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

Isaiah Gross, born 2006, of Concord received a summons at 9:04 a.m. on Feb. 28 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Benjamin Michael Berry, 47, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:34 a.m. on Feb. 23 after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Kimberly Lynne Jones, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as a stop signs; yield signs violation after an incident or investigation on South Street.

Hayden Mark Godin, born 2003, of Allenstown received a summons at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a possession of marijuana or marijuana-infused product violation after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Francois Niyibigira, 27, of Cedar Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on Feb. 15 on computer services; use prohibited, indecent exposure-sex act-child under 16, and two counts of felonious sexual assault-victim 13 to 15 charges, all felonies, and a sexual assault charge. Hunter Velicky, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.
