Homeless Man Faces Prowling, Trespass Charges On Concord’s Stickney Avenue: Police Log

Woman arrested on assault charges; stolen Malibu rum leads to felony charge due to prior convictions; woman arrested on breach charges.

CONCORD, NH — David Macrae, 48, of Pelham was arrested on a warrant at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 22, after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a bench warrant, a resisting arrest or detention charge, and a pedestrian; fails to yield to traffic violation. He was arrested at the old department of transportation building on Stickney Avenue. Roberts failed to appear at an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 7 on a felony drug charge out of Concord from October.

Olivia Ashleigh Lord, born 2002, of Sutton received a summons at 11 p.m. on Nov. 10 for transportation of alcoholic beverages by minor and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident on Village Street.

Christopher J. McGuire, 55, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:53 p.m. on Nov. 10 after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 9 on breach of bail, public urination or defecation, and consumption of liquor on private property charges. He was arrested after an incident on 80 Storrs Street.

Jennifer Marie Brunsell, 46, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Nov. 8 on two breach of bail charges after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Jeffrey Mark Roach, 53, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:17 p.m. on Oct. 26 after an incident on Prospect Street.

Haleen Ann Buonano, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a felony receiving stolen property charge, due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street after an employee claimed a woman stole a $15 bottle of Malibu from the store. An officer found a woman matching the description, Buonano, behind Burlington Coat Factory, an affidavit stated. The report said the employee identified her as the woman seen stealing the rum. The officer requested to look in her purse, and she obliged, and the bottle was found inside, the affidavit said. Later, Buonano admitted to stealing the rum, the report said. She was arrested and trespassed from the store. Due to prior convictions, from November 2004 and December 2008 in Cheshire County, the charge was elevated to a felony.

Rhianna Larkin, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on Oct. 24 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Rumford Street.

Jason Derek Woody, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 24 on criminal trespass, loitering or prowling, and breach of bail charges after an incident at U-Haul on Stickney Avenue.
