Man Faces Multiple Meth Dealing Indictments In Concord, Franklin: Superior Court Roundup

Concord man indicted on another stalking charge; Franklin man faces meth sales charges; Manchester man indicted on a strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jason R. Fournier, 32, of Ben Berry Road in Moultonborough on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Rite Aid in Franklin on Nov. 13, 2022. According to the indictment, twice before, he was convicted on theft charges in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2013 and January 2016.

Michael S. Gonnion, 56, of Wayne Street in Manchester on a possession of dimethyltryptamine charge from May 4, 2022, in Franklin.

Jonathan Greene, 34, of Wood Hill Village in Henniker on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Clement Hill Road in Hopkinton on Dec. 11, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in April 2010.

Elijah E. Gross, 45, of Thorndike Street in Concord on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating an order in Warner on July 8, 2022, by entering the premises of the protected party after previously being convicted of stalking in Concord District Court in November 2017.

Roy F. Ballou, 59, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a controlled drug; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute charge on Dec. 7, 2022, in Franklin; six controlled drug act; sale of controlled drug charges; and three controlled drug act; possession of meth charges on Dec. 7, 2022, in Franklin, all felonies. The drug sale charges involved meth and stem from incidents on Clinton Street in Concord on Oct. 12, Oct. 27, Nov. 2, and Nov. 8, 2022, and Oak Street in Franklin on Nov. 15 and Nov. 29, 2022.

Amy Beaudoin, 39, of Bridge Street in Plymouth on a possession of meth charge in Webster on Nov. 11, 2022.

Darrel Bousquet, 37, of Manchester Street in Concord on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl, both felonies, on Sept. 18, 2022, in Epsom.

Christopher R. Compas, 63, of Russell Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2021 Ram truck from Enterprise in Bow on Nov. 18, 2022.

Jose Cotton, 31, of Boynton Street in Manchester on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Boscawen on Oct. 19, 2022.
