Troopers Make Hundreds Of Stops, Arrests During Weekend Saturation Patrols: NHSP Roundup
Troopers charged dozens of people in Concord on Saturday and in Manchester on Superbowl Sunday. Plus, blotters from around New Hampshire.
CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police, as well as local police, held two driving under the influence saturation patrols this weekend in Concord and Manchester, leading to hundreds of stops and dozens of arrests and summonses.
The Greater Concord saturation patrol was held from 8 p.m. on Saturday until 2 a.m. on Sunday. During that effort, the following people were charged:
- Crystal Peacock, 23, of Newport, on driving under the influence-third offense and operating after suspension charge as well as an open container violation.
- Heidi Shea, 44, of Deerfield was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16 and DUI charges.
- Jacob Geringer, 25, of Merrimack was arrested on a driving under the influence charge.
- Brent Keyser, 38, of Penacook was charged with a bench warrant and an operating after suspension-subsequent charge.
- A juvenile was charged with receiving stolen property, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, disobeying a police officer, reckless operation, and operating without a valid license charges.
- Kelsey Blanchard, 31, of Franklin was arrested on a warrant.
- Michael Hamel, 18, of Allenstown was arrested on a reckless operation charge.
During the Greater Concord effort, 74 vehicles were stopped by state police.

The Manchester saturation patrol was held on Sunday night. Queen City police were also involved, according to Amber Lagace, the public information officer for the state police.
During the effort, the following people were charged:

- Shawn Christie, 27, of Bedford was arrested on speeding and disobeying an officer charges as well as a license required-subsequent offense violation. He was released on personal recognizance and is due in Manchester District Court on March 18.
- Adonis Delos Santos Carrion, 27, of Manchester was charged with possession of a controlled drug and transporting controlled drugs in a motor vehicle charge as well as an obedience to traffic signals violation. He was released on personal recognizance and is due in Manchester District Court on March 11.
- Megan G. Elwell, 43, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, assault on an on-duty police officer, falsifying physical evidence, and transporting controlled drugs in a motor vehicle. She was held and arraigned on Monday in Manchester District Court.
- Christy Jackson, 40, of Manchester was arrested on a warrant out of Bethlehem.
- Antoine Robidoux-Hurtubise, 20, of Laval, Quebec, was arrested on driving under the influence, driving with an excess alcohol concentration, minor transporting alcohol, minor transporting of alcohol, and speeding charges. He was released on personal recognizance and is due in Manchester District Court on March 11.
In the Manchester area, 133 traffic stops were made. Along with the arrests, 13 summonses were also issued.
Lagace said state police wanted to remind all motorists to make “responsible decisions, never drink and drive, and always designate a sober driver.”

Charles A. Trombley, 48, of Rochester was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:37 p.m. on Jan. 28 and a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge in Rochester.
Jesse A. Doyon, 35, of Shelburne was arrested at 3 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a misuse of plates violation in North Hampton.
Bryan Alexis Morales Hernandez, 31, of Rollinsford was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a DUI charge in Dover.
James M. Stohl, 55, of Litchfield was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a DUI charge as well as yellow-solid line and driving on a divided way; crossing a median violations in Candia.
Lydia Cherie Folger, 26, of Raymond was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a driving without giving proof violation in Epping.
Gabriel S. Wensley, 25, of Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on Jan. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a front lights-auto violation in Dover.
A 16-year-old from Portland, ME, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Jan. 22 on an operating without a valid license charge in Portsmouth.
Blake Russell Kaler, 23, of Rochester was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Jan. 22 on driving under the influence, DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02, negligent driving, and conduct after an accident charges as well as a yellow-solid line and operating without lights violations in Rochester.

Shyke B. Jarteh, 30, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on Jan. 28 on aggravated driving under the influence-30-plus mph, reckless operation, simple assault, and DUI charges as well as lane control, uninspected vehicle, obstruction to driver’s view, and failure to use required turn signal violations in Londonderry.
Amanda M. Chouinard, 35, of Salem was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a DUI charge in Salem.
Andrew Justin Chamberlain, 36, of Derry was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 27 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, disobeying an officer, false report to law enforcement, breach of bail, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an uninspected vehicle and driving without giving proof in Manchester.
Daniel E. Cosme, 48, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 26 on driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, and operating without a valid license charges as well as a front lights-auto violation in Bedford.
Gabriel Scott Meyer, 37, of Nashua was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on Jan. 26 on three driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as two bench warrants and a suspension of vehicle registration violation in Manchester.
Alexis M. Canalesamaya, 35, of Vestal, New York, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Jan. 26 on speeding-26-plus mph over the limit of 55 or less and driving after revocation or suspension charges in Nashua.
Michael B. Oregan, 35, of Nashua was arrested at 8:34 a.m. on Jan. 25 on an operating without a valid license charge as well as defective equipment, uninspected vehicle, and unregistered vehicle violations in Nashua.
Jose M. Pena Colon, 39, of Manchester was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as uninspected vehicle and suspension of vehicle registration violations in Bedford.
Ricky C. Hartford, 41, of Manchester was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on Jan. 23 on reckless operation, negligent driving, and speeding-25-plus mph over the 65 limit charges as well as a failure to use required turn signal violation in Windham.
Josiane Venturim, 40, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Jan. 23 on an operating without a valid license charge and a tail lamp and reflectors violation in Nashua.
Joseph J. Perreault, 44, of Greenville was arrested on a warrant at 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 22 as well as resisting arrest or detention and five simple assault charges in Milford.
Oscar Ismael Hernandez, 33, of Manchester was arrested on DUI and operating without a valid license charges at 3:47 a.m. on on Jan. 22 in Manchester.
McCabe Keith Patrick, 50, of Manchester was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Jan. 22 on driving under the influence and DUI-second offense charges as well as lane control and yellow-solid line violations in Bedford.

Bradley Wayne Kelly, 51, of Warner was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a DUI charge and a lane control violation in Canterbury.
Dominic C. Orlando, 67, of Concord was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a driving under the influence charge in Bow.
Alamein A. Fagir, 25, of Manchester was cited at 1:14 a.m. on Jan. 27 on a possession charge-more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana or five grams hash in Bow.
Kyle Putnam Hart, 29, of Warner was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 27 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16 plus, DUI, speeding-16 to 20 mph over 65 limit, and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges in Hopkinton.
Allison M. Card, 31, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 25 on driving under the influence, DUI-second offense, and speeding charges in Concord.
Thomas Edward Manners, 64, of Washington was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on Jan. 25 on a driving under the influence charge in Bow.
Ethan M. Smith, 30, of New London was arrested in Wilmot at 7:59 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a DUI charge.
James Michael Curran, 36, of Washington was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on Jan. 24 on driving under the influence, possession of a controlled drug, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as uninspected vehicle, failure to display plates, and suspension of vehicle registration violations after an incident in Hooksett.
Jeremiah Francis Holling, 30, of Lebanon was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on Jan. 23 on an operating without a valid license charge and an uninspected vehicle violation in Lebanon.
Daniel F. Whitney, 67, of Meredith was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Jan. 23 on driving after revocation or suspension and negligent driving charges as well as uninspected vehicle and suspension of vehicle registration violations in Canterbury.
Lisa M. Jennings, 58, of Loudon was arrested on a bench warrant in Concord at 8:40 a.m. on Jan. 23.
Alexander Charles Gaughran, 23, of Raymond was arrested at 11:31 a.m. on Jan. 22 on driving after revocation or suspension and speeding-25-plus mph over 65 limit charges as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation in New London.

Wendy E. Hamill, 46, of Meredith was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on Feb. 2 on an aggravated DUI-0.16-plus and disobeying an officer charges after an incident in Meredith.
Robert Joseph Debenedetto III, 31, of Concord was arrested at 7:09 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge in Tilton.
Kevin J. Letarte, 48, of Porter, Maine, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on Jan. 29 on driving under the influence-second offense and DUI charges in Eaton.
Charlie Jude Sands, 19, of West Sayville, New York, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on Jan. 17 on manufacture-possessing a false ID, unlawful possession-intoxication, and transport alcohol by minor charges as well as a following too closely violation. Riley Everett Boles, 19, of Londonderry was also charged with unlawful possession-intoxication. They were charged in Keene.
Nicole R. Jordan, 52, of Burlington, MA, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Jan. 14 on DUI and speeding charges as well as an open container violation in Ashland.
