NH Man Indicted On Theft, Gun Theft Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on reckless conduct charge in Bow; Barnstead, Chichester, Concord, Pembroke, Sanbornton residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Lorenzo D. Carideo, 32, of Hall Road in Londonderry on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking-firearm is stolen charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items, including a gun, from the Bass Pro Shops in Hooksett on Dec. 3, 2022.

Sean Carslaw, 35, of Lincoln Lane in Center Barnstead on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-flurorofentanyl mix charge on Jan. 4 in Concord.

Tylor Storm Carlson, 26, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing two other people in danger on Dec. 17, 2022, in Bow by driving a 2013 Toyota Scion XD at a high rate of speed while another vehicle was in close proximity.

Hope Rosemarie Cassin, 32, of Thompson Road in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 9, 2021, in Hooksett.

Thanh Chinh, 44, of Monroe Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, on Feb. 3 in Concord.

Shayne S. Cote, 51, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a switchblade knife on Feb. 13 in Hooksett after previously being convicted of a felony.

Danielle Ranee Donisi, 41, of Short Falls Road in Chichester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges on Dec. 12, 2022, in Chichester.

Jacob Doyle, 26, of Bridge Street in Hillsboro on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 202/9 in Henniker on Dec. 24, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2022.

Kevin Driscoll, 51, of Stark Lane in Dunbarton on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a St. Mary’s Bank credit card, that he knew to possibly been stolen, on Nov. 26, 2022, in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Brandon J. Dube, 35, of Threshing Mill Road in Sanbornton on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, on Feb. 2 in Northfield.
