Pittsfield Man Indicted On ID Fraud, Drug, Stolen Gun, And Other Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Bow, Concord men indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; inmate accused of spitting at another inmate; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Zanda A. Ball, 41, of Slab City Road in Claremont, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. While an inmate in the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on May 15, she was accused of spitting on another woman at the jail.
Philip G. Carter, 42, of Joy Street in Pittsfield, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motorcycle at 76 mph in a 40 mph zone, failing to stop at several stop signs, and weaving between motorists in an oncoming lane of traffic, forcing others off the road on Aug. 8 in Pittsfield.

Michael A. Collins, 46, of Maplewood Drive in Townsend, Massachusetts, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2023 Big Tex utility trailer, an Exmark lawnmower, and a 2016 Ford F350 pickup truck on Aug. 26 in Pittsfield.
Joshua Currie, 48, of Joy Street in Pittsfield, on four ID fraud, three receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, and two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining information as well as credit cards, a driver’s license, and other items in the name of four different people on June 16 in Pittsfield. Currie was also accused of possessing a license, credit cards, and other items belonging to two people on June 16 and accused of possessing a stolen Sig Sauer P365 and stolen Diamondback DB9 pistol on June 16.

Dylan A. Simms, 28, of Centre Street in Concord, on three felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of transferring videos on X of children being raped by adults on Feb. 11 and a naked girl performing a lewd exhibition on Feb. 16 in Concord. Justin R. White, 49, of Clough Road in Pittsfield, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of psilocin and psilocybin, possession of oxycodone, possession of a mixture of fentanyl, xylazine, metonitazene, and isotonitazene, possession of 19.3 grams of meth with intent to dispense, and possession of psilocin and psilocybin with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, on June 1 in Pittsfield.
Win Win Win LLC of South Main Street in Concord on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. The firm was accused of submitting a Main Street Relief Fund grant with false information on June 9, 2020.
Chase Wing, 21, of Whittier Drive in Bow, on 14 felony possession of child sexual abuse images counts. He was accused of possessing videos of children being raped and engaging in lewd exhibitions between Jan. 1, 2023, and Feb. 29 in Bow.
