Concord Felon Indicted On Machete Possession Charge: Court Roundup

Man indicted on DWI charge after crash with injury; man faces first-degree assault, other charges; thief indicted on another theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Erick A. Anderson, 48, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of concealing a cell phone while an inmate at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on March 28.

Austin M. Ayer, 27, of Dearborn Road in Northfield, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Northfield on Feb. 26.

Patrick O. Jones, 41, of Clay Street in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug-meth, cocaine, and fentanyl, possession of meth with intent to distribute-subsequent offense, possession of cocaine-subsequent, possession of meth-subsequent, possession of crack cocaine-subsequent, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute-subsequent offense charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on May 9 in Henniker. Jones was previously convicted of a controlled drug act in Plymouth District Court in September 2019.

Bien A. Mvugonziza, 33, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving drunk and causing a collision with serious bodily injury in Concord on April 28. Adolphe Ndayishimiye, 24, of Loudon Road in Concord, on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of cutting another person with a sharp object and removing the object to impair an investigation in Concord on July 2. Donald E. Nisbet, 38, of Philips Way in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Concord on May 25. According to the indictment, Nisbet has been convicted of theft twice before.

Derrick J. Pogue, 28, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a cleaver-style machete on May 5 in Concord. Pogue is a felon due to a drug conviction in Vermont in 2017.

Selena M. Powell, 42, of North Road in Warner, on a felony possession of meth charge on April 2 in Newbury.

Matayo A. Riley, 28, of Thompson Street in Concord, on indecent exposure and lewdness-subsequent and two indecent exposure and lewdness-child under 16 charges, all felonies. On Aug. 28, at a store in Concord, he approached two children and fondled his exposed penis, according to the indictment. Riley, in the Sept. 3 case, was accused of exposing himself at another store in Concord on the same day he was convicted in Concord District Court on a lewdness charge. Dylan A. Simms, 28, of Centre Street in Concord, on three felony distribution of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of sharing videos on X-Twitter of a woman engaged in raping a boy and a girl on Feb. 11, as well as a video of a naked girl on Feb. 16 in Concord, according to the indictments.
