CONCORD, NH — Jason Derek Woody, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 1:34 p.m. on May 22, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Ashton Everrett Garland, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 5 a.m. on May 21 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Shane C. Masters, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on May 6 on a simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Canal Street in Penacook.

Makenzie Rae Zanis, born in 2004, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on May 1 on a driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charge after an incident or investigation at 4 Bouton St.

Rachelle L. Smith, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on April 29 on felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges as well as a camping restricted violation after an incident or investigation at the Firehouse Block Garage at 19 N. State St.

Kailyn J. Cushing, born in 2007, of Pembroke, received a summons at 9:27 a.m. on April 28 on a criminal trespass charge. She was charged after an incident or investigation at the Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
