Criminal Threatening Convict And Thief Arrested On Probation Violation: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Corey D. McKay, 46, of Concord, received a summons at 4:39 p.m. on April 20, 2025, on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation at the Storr Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.
John M. Mlcoch, 60, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on April 18 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Bank of New Hampshire at 167 N. Main St. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he was accused of violating probation after being convicted on criminal threatening, theft, and two criminal mischief charges in February 2024 after an incident in Claremont in October 2023. Mlcoch has a review hearing in superior court on June 30.
Allen Wayne Downs, 39, of Belmont, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on April 17 on three bench warrants, two warrants, and an arrest prior to requisition after an incident or investigation at the Everett Arena at 15 Loudon Road.

William Slocum, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 16 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Thomas Street.
Nichole D. Girard, born in 1998, of Pittsfield, received a summons at 5:10 p.m. on April 15 on a theft lost-mislaid property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Nathaniel M. White, born in 1984, of Boscawen, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on April 13 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
Marilou B. Losacano, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. on April 12 on criminal mischief, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive. Update: Her case was placed on hold without a finding for six months and will be cleared in February 2026.
Ryan Nicholls, born in 2003, of Bow, received a summons at 4:44 p.m. on April 11 on a manufacture-possess false government identification violation after an incident or investigation at Smokers Choice 3 at 184 Loudon Road.
Joseph T. Laurello, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on April 11 on a sex offender registration; provide false information charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.
Donald Jackson Freese III, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on April 10 on a violation of a protective order. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.
Alan J. North, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on April 9 on two bench warrants as well as deal-possess prescription drugs, and two felony possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St. North, has active drug possession and transport charges out of Hooksett from November 2023, working their way through the superior court.
