Hudson Man Indicted On Nashua Knife Threat Charge: Hillsborough County Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua man indicted on 10 child sexual abuse images charges; woman indicted in frying pan attack case; Merrimack theft indictment.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Patti Amadon, 55, of New Boston Post Road in Amherst, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on April 10, 2024, in Nashua.

Ryan Basnett, 28, of Franklin Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge, on July 24, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a subsequent possession charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2023.
Michaela Sandra Bell, 26, of Lowell Street in Hudson, on arson and criminal mischief charges. She was accused of setting fire to a Ford Escape, owned by another person, in Hudson on Oct. 24, 2024. Read more about this case here: Hudson Woman Accused Of Arson And Criminal Mischief After Vehicle Fire

Jarrad Scott Burdick, 40, of Ash Street in Nashua, on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing images in Nashua on Sept. 14, 2024.

Marleen Layne, 56, of Lake Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of striking another person in the head with a frying pan in Nashua on Dec. 27, 2024.

Gregory Levesque, 36, of Canal Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine. Police accused him of distributing the drugs on July 9, 2024, in Nashua. Levesque was previously convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2023.
Chase C. Marable, 21, of Rebecca Circle in Hudson, on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of pointing a knife at an intimate partner and saying, “You bring this side out of me. I generally want to stop you” and “I don’t do this. You bring this out of me,” or words to that effect, on Aug. 15, 2024, in Nashua.
R. Tito Morales Jr., 33, of Acushnet Avenue in Hudson, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing two laptops from Walmart valued at $1,958 on Sept. 5, 2024, in Hudson.
Emily McDonough, 41, of Howard Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. She was accused of confronting another person with a box cutter and yelling “If you continue to yell at me, I’m going to slit your throat,” or words to that effect, on Dec. 18, 2024, in Nashua.
William Newman, 25, of Cox Street in Nashua, on three felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving a Lincoln Navigator on Manchester Street in Nashua on Jan. 11, on Coliseum Avenue in Nashua on Jan. 13, and on Coliseum Avenue in Nashua on Jan. 22, after being deemed a habitual offender in May 2023 by the NH DMV.
Evan M. St. Yves, 24, of Yellowstone Lane in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise worth between $1,000 and $1,500 from Best Buy in Nashua on May 31, 2024.
Danielle Inga Shnider, 55, of West Springfield Street in Roxbury, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,001 worth of clothing from the Ralph Lauren store in Merrimack on June 12, 204.
Richard I. Smith, 40, of Midhurst Road in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 15, 2024, in Nashua.
