Concord Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Henniker man indicted on fentanyl distribution charges; inmate accused of sexual assault; felon indicted on weapon charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Nathan Jamieson, 31, of Prospect Street in Henniker, on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-approximately 20 grams, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, two possession of methamphetamine, and two possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on May 26 and Sept. 14, 2024, in Henniker.
Willis T. Johnson, 38 of Mountain Road in Concord, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence and two felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling a child between Dec. 30, 2022, and Aug. 30, 2023, in Concord.

Jacob M. Kepple, 20, of Bee Hole Road in Loudon, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 9, 2024, in Loudon.
Brandon Kidder, 31, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a razor blade in Concord on Oct. 25, 2024. Kidder is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2023.

Gregory Lavallee, 50, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on sexual assault and assaults by prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of grabbing another man in the groin area inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on June 18, 2024.

Christopher S. Lovell, 39, of Savage Court in Pembroke, on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. The drug charge was from an incident in Hooksett on Nov. 2, 2024. Lovell was accused of driving at a high rate of speed through traffic and weaving around cars in Concord on Sept. 14, 2024. Jamie L. Lunderville, 42, of Thompson Street in Concord, on a felony operate after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Thompson Street in Concord on Nov. 22, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Paul S. McCarthy, 44, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, on a felony operate after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 202-9 in Henniker on Nov. 6, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Rianna Martin, 38, of Bradley Street in Concord, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent charges, fentanyl and meth, on Aug. 14, 2024, in Concord, and Sept. 25, 2024, in Franklin.
Charles Stephen Miller, 38, of Old Mill Pond Road in Henniker, on criminal restraint and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of wrapping his arms around another person’s neck on Nov. 3, 2024, in Henniker.
Amanda Murphy, 35, of Elm Street in Northfield, on a felony possession of meth charge on April 30, 2024, in Concord.
