Concord, Warner Men Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Prisoner accused of throwing feces, biting off the tip of another man's finger; Concord, Goshen, Newbury residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Lydia Haas, 36, of Cross Road in Goshen on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 7, 2023, in Bradford.

Conor Hallenborg, 22, of Kearsarge Mountain Road in Warner on four felony counts of felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and rubbing himself against a boy for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification between March 18, 2020, and Nov. 24, 2022, in Warner.

Ryan Hillsgrove, 46, of Old West Hopkinton Road in Henniker on a felony operation after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the Walmart in Concord parking lot on April 6 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Clay Humphrey Jr., 38, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord, on three felony assaults by prisoners. He was accused of throwing fecal matter at another person and biting off tip of their finger on Oct. 25, 2023, in Concord.

Nicholas L. Fuchs, 38, of Route 103 in Newbury on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 15 in Newbury.

Richard M. Greeley, 49, of McElroy Street in Goffstown on reckless conduct and three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Delta-9 THC, all felonies, on Feb. 17 in after being accused of driving at high speeds on Route 3A in Bow. Two of the acts prohibited counts were based on an alleged attempt to distribute. Previously, Greeley was convicted on possession with intent to distribute in June 2005 in Rockingham County.

Tamara Ann Ipock, 32, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, in Concord on Feb. 14. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Stacy L. Kovaloff, 53, of Glory Avenue in Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Cross Mill Road in Northfield on April 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
