Vazquez was given a three-and-a-half-to-seven-year prison sentence that, like Carpentier, was also suspended. He was also given three years probation.

Investigators said Vazquez, like Carpentier, absconded from supervision in October. This is the second time he has been accused of violating probation. Vazquez pleaded guilty to violating probation or parole in January 2023 and served four days in jail.

His criminal history includes assault, criminal threatening, and a probation violation. Vazquez has ties to Goffstown, Manchester, and Nashua.
