Franklin Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Jake Phillips Evans, 33, of Loudon Road in Concord, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and fentanyl in Concord on May 5. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2016. Scott Fortin, 43, of Somerville Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-meth and psilocybin on Jan. 24 in Concord.

Nicholas Fuchs, 40, of Roslyn Avenue in Warner, on identity fraud, receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing and retaining more than $1,000 worth of cordwood belonging to Kearsarge Neighborhood Partners and of posing as another in order to obtain bail on Feb. 6 in Warner.

Mikayla Georgoulakos, 26, a member of Concord’s unhoused community, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. She was accused of possessing stolen computers owned by the Concord Monitor on June 2, 2025. Robert Heathcoe, 41, of Fossa Avenue in Nashua, on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Oct. 18, 2025, in Bow, and opening a plastic baggie in the rear seat of a trooper cruiser to impair an investigation.

Eurycides S. Hedgemond, 22, of East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on two theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of uttering more than $1,500 in counterfeit currency to pay for U.S. Postal Service money orders on May 21 in Franklin and Salisbury.

Robert J. Hickey, 62, of Hancock Street in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on a felony count of penalty; registration of criminal offenders. He was accused of failing to register an address on West Street in Concord to the police on April 24, 2025. Hickey is a sex offender due to a rape conviction in Framingham MA District Court in October 1988.

Nathanael Hill, 21, of Hatch Corner Road in Meredith, on two felony counts of criminal threatening. He was accused of threatening to shoot two other people while partially removing a Glock 19 firearm from his pocket on May 14 in Franklin.

Jonathan Hood, 44, of Old Church Road in Claremont, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and meth on Feb. 6 in Concord.

Leah Jameson, 28, of West Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on April 9 in Franklin.
