Maine Teen Indicted On Concord Rape, Felony Computer Uses Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Sex offender indicted on 17 identifier counts; Canterbury man indicted on fondling charge; Allenstown man accused of stabbing family member.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jonathan E. Ball, 63, of Academy Road in Pembroke, on 17 felony counts of registration of online identifiers. He was accused of not telling police about accounts he had with Alt.com, AOL, BDSM.com, Cruising.com, Instabang.com, Instagram, Manhunt.net, Maverickmen.com, Sniffles.com, Squirt.com, Telegram, TikTok, and Tumblr. Ball is a sex offender due to a possession of child sexual abuse images conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2011.

James Barrett, 28, of Brewster Road in Center Barnstead, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on North Pembroke Road in Pembroke on May 19 and Water Street in Concord on June 9 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jonathan M. Bellemare, 36, of Maple Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on May 16 in Hooksett. He was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in October 2012.

Brett Boulette, 18, of Industry Road in Farmington, Maine, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a computer online serve or Internet service to lure a girl and rape her in Concord on Aug. 18, 2023.

Viktor Bujnicki, 23, of Moffitt Boulevard in East Islip, New York, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 11 in Concord.

Alan R. Peterson, 36, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charge on Central Street in Franklin on June 18. He was out on bail at the time of the incident on a receiving stolen property charge from November 2022 out of Merrimack County Superior Court. Peterson was previously convicted on a possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court in October 2022.

Jillian E. Polansky-Mercier, 40, of Calef Hill Road in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, heroin, and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on May 20 in Boscawen.

Jeremiah H. Remy, 28, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two felony forgery charges. He was accused of altering a paycheck by adding $500 and attempting to cash a second check on April 9 in Pittsfield.

Jacob Rivera, 28, of Ayers Road in Canterbury on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of intentionally fondling a child under 13 between Jan. 5 and Feb. 6 in Canterbury.

Glen Robertson, 60, of Fullam Circle in Allenstown on a felony first-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of stabbing a family member in the abdomen with a knife on July 5 in Allenstown.

Samantha M. Simmons, 40, of Elm Street in Manchester on a felony possession of meth charge in Concord on April 30.
