Man From Wilmot Indicted On Multiple Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Woman indicted on drug sale charges; woman accused of leaving the scene of a crash, injuring a girl; bank robber indicted on new charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
William Fredette, 56, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a motorized Mart Cart, valued at between $1,000 and $1,500, from Walmart in Concord on July 27, 2025.
Mark W. Fuller, 42, of Andover, incarcerated in the Belknap County Jail at the time of the indictment, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Webster Lake Road in Franklin on Aug. 4, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jessica Gaudette, 42, of Aiken Avenue in Franklin, on three sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl, two sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, and conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Franklin on June 11, June 24, July 30, and Aug. 18.
Shanin Gladysz, 51, of Sylvester Street in Manchester, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. She was accused of fleeing the scene of a crash where a girl was injured in Hooksett on July 10, 2025. Ashley C. Green, 26, of Oak Street in Boscawen, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 2, 2025, in Boscawen.
John R. Griffin, 65, of Third Avenue in Berlin, on two felony robbery charges. He was accused of robbing the Bank of America in Concord on Nov. 20, 2024. Robert Hague, 33, of High Street in Boscawen, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana. He was accused of intending to distribute more than an ounce of pot along with implements used in conjunction with the sale of illicit drugs with the intent to distribute in Bow on June 4, 2025.
Jeremy Hartford, 36, of Bailey Drive in Boscawen, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Aug. 9, 2025, in Boscawen.
Matthew Hillsgrove, 51, of Manchester Street in Concord, on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a fixed blade dagger in Concord on Sept. 21, 2024, after previously being convicted of one or more felonies in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2015.
Raymond Ilg, 54, of Shindagan Road in Wilmot on six felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman repeatedly between Aug. 31, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2025, in Wilmot.
Theodore Jagacki, 42, of Russell Street in Franklin, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Central Street in Franklin after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender.
Jacob Jason, 38, of Sargents Place in Gilford, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, falsifying physical evidence, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a double-edged switchblade and throwing the meth in an effort to conceal the drug on Sept. 30, 2025.
