Massachusetts Man Indicted On 4th DWI Charge After Incident In Concord: Court Roundup

Pembroke man indicted on child fondling charges; Concord man indicted for prison assaults; Pittsfield man indicted on gun, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Michael J. Bartlett, 45, of Main Street in Pittsfield, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, in Pittsfield on Aug. 12, 2024.

Jesse L. Bartlett, 42, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on felonious use of a firearm-Walther PPS 9 mm pistol and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Nov. 28, 2024, in Pittsfield.

Felicia Bixby-Theos, 33, of Beaman Street in Laconia, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 2, 2024, in Canterbury.

Rusty Bonner, 62, of Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as three sexual assault charges. He was accused of touching a girl’s buttocks repeatedly in a sexual manner, pressing his penis against her, and touching her breast between Jan. 1, 2016, and Jan. 31, 2017, in Bow.

Jacob Bouchard, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of sharpening a toothbrush-like object and stabbing another person in the forehead and torso at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on Nov. 11, 2024.

Joshua P. Brasier, 43, of Clinton Street in Concord, on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 5, 2024, in Newbury.

David Browall, 25, of Park Avenue in Hopkinton, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Bow on Nov. 10, 2024.

John Bueh, 53, of Arlington Street in Amesbury, Massachusetts, on a felony driving while intoxicated-fourth offense charge. He was accused of driving a Lexus ES-350 on Interstate 93 in Concord while intoxicated on Jan. 18. Bueh was previously convicted on driving while intoxicated in February 2021 in Hillsborough District Court, driving while intoxicated-second offense in September 2018 in Lynn District Court in Massachusetts, and operating while intoxicated in December 2016 in Cumberland County Superior Court in Portland, Maine.

Justin R. Cate, 41, of Cleo Circle in Rochester, on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Stark Highway South in Dunbarton on Feb. 11, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender.

Stone B. Cooper, 25, of Mason Road in Milford, on four felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sharing photos of a woman involved in a sexual act on Nov. 6 and Nov. 9, 2024, in Franklin, in an effort to intimidate her and where she was identifiable in the image.

James A. Currier Jr., 38, of Addison Road in Goffstown, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 23, 2024, in Bow.
