Henniker Man Accused Of Giving False Report To Officer: Concord Police Log
Incidents at Concord Hospital; woman faces trespass charge; Allenstown habitual offender arrested; prescription drug and warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Rebecca J. Dixon, born 1950, of Concord was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2023, on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.
Ryan S. Collins, 38, of Laconia received a summons on a bench warrant at 8:38 p.m. on Feb. 23 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Omar Hutchinson, 30, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:45 p.m. on Feb. 23 after an incident on Storrs Street.

Montano Emerson Juarez, born 1996, of Bretton Woods was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Feb. 23 on an operating without a valid license charge and fail to maintain minimum speech violation on North State Street.
Adrian J. Pike, 25, of Concord received a summons at 5:29 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Helen Marie Cadiero, born 1982, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 12:05 p.m. on Feb. 23 after an incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.
Jeffrey A. Lennox, 40, of Ferry Street in Allenstown was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. An officer on Manchester Street saw a Volkswagen Jetta pass by with an expired inspection sticker. The vehicle was pulled over near Integra Drive. The officer confirmed the expired inspection sticker and spoke to the driver, Lennox. He was accused of saying it was not his vehicle and turning to a man who was a passenger and saying something to the effect of, “I knew we should not have taken this car.” A check of Lennox found he was a habitual offender, but he “did not know this,” the officer wrote, adding, “but (he) did know his license was suspended.” Lennox was then arrested. His driving privileges were suspended in September 2022, the officer noted in the affidavit.
Taeh M. Koehler, born 1998, of Allenstown was arrested on two warrants and two bench warrants at 4:57 a.m. on Jan. 27. Also arrested was Brianne Conley, 24, of Gilmanton Iron Works on two warrants and four bench warrants. They were arrested after an incident at Price Auto Service on Manchester Street.
Aaron Keith Richard, 38, of Henniker was arrested at 11:33 a.m. on Jan. 18 on a false report to law enforcement charge. He was arrested after an incident at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street.
Joshua R. Plante, 26, of Concord was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Jan. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Jonathan Ruharuka, 20, of Concord was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Jan. 15 on a criminal trespass charge and a possess-use of a tobacco product by a minor violation after an incident at the Kwik Stop Mobil on Loudon Road.
Brian Scott Demeritt, 55, of Concord received a summons at 7 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a deal-possess prescription drugs charge after an incident on Hall Street.
