Penacook Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Reckless Conduct Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Hooksett man faces burglary charges; Boscawen man indicted on cocaine dealing, felon with an ax and guns charges; knife threat indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jacob Adam Martel, 33, of Rolfe Street in Penacook on four counts of criminal threatening and four counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. He was accused of pointing firearms at an intimate partner and a child during July, August, and September 2020.

Mercy Mbarushimana, 20, of Jennings Drive in Concord on burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. The burglary case stemmed from a Jennings Drive address on Nov. 15, 2022. The stolen property case involved a 2013 CR-V he was accused of retaining on March 17 in Concord. Megan M. McGoven, 28, of no fixed address in Hill, on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 1, 2022, in Franklin.

Dorabela Medeiros, 42, of Washington Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on theft by deception, unemployment fraud-attempt, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and Medicaid fraud-false records charges, all felonies. She was accused of defrauding Medicaid between March 1, and Aug. 31, 2022, in Concord, and attempting to defraud unemployment between Aug. 1 and Dec. 31, 2022, in Concord.

Duane McKinney, 62, of Route 118 in Canaan on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Feb. 11 in North Sutton and them dumping it to impair an investigation.

Nickolas Steven Messier, 39, of Bert Street in Hooksett on theft by unauthorized taking and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing twice and stealing Pokemon trading cards and other items from Let’s Play Collectables and Things in Hooksett on Feb. 20.

Bailey A. Noel, 25, of Andrea Avenue in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 15, 2022, in Hooksett.

Shane W. Nye, 43, a transient in Franklin on receiving stolen property — a .38 S&W revolver, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, on Jan. 9 in Franklin.

The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

Kaytelin Rose Glidden, 32, of Royal Gardens in Concord on controlled drug: possession-subsequent-crack cocaine, falsifying physical evidence, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a serrated machete charges on March 2 in New Hampton. She was accused of discarding the drug after encountering New Hampshire police who were attempting to arrest her. According to the indictment, Glidden was convicted on a felony drug possession charge in November 2017 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Alton Ryan, 49, of High Street in Boscawen on possession of crack cocaine, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, armed career criminal, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, felonious use of a firearm, and two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. On March 2 in New Hampton, he was accused of possessing the drugs, a double-bladed battle-style ax, an AR-15-style rifle, and a 9 mm pistol. Ryan was convicted on a felon in possession charge in July 2018 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Matthew Walter, 47, of Province Road in Gilmanton on a felony reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a 9 mm handgun into the walls of his house, placing a family member in danger, on April 2 in Gilmanton.

Alexandria Allread, 29, of Varney Road in Gilmanton on a felony criminal threatening against a police officer with a deadly weapon charge. She was accused of picking up a large knife and raising it in the air while advancing toward a Gilmanton police sergeant on March 11.
