Plymouth Man Indicted In Franklin Gun Threat Incident: Court Roundup
Henniker drug dealing indictments; concertgoer indicted for firing gun in parking lot; Concord woman indicted on 2nd-degree assault charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Michelle Gilley, 52, of Storrs Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of pushing another woman, which caused a broken femur on March 13 in Concord.
Jason A. Griffiths, 43, of Boulder Point Drive in Plymouth on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a handgun on the porch of an occupied Franklin apartment building and stating, “I have a gun, in about 10 seconds, I’m going to put it through a f------ wall, if you don’t f------ knock it off,” or words to that effect on March 24.

Anna K. Heine, 42, of Penacook Street in Concord on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving a Ford Escape on Manchester Street in Concord on April 18 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Farah Ibrahim, 29, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of obtaining or recording personal identifying information about another person, with the intent of posing as them, on April 15, 2022, in Hooksett.

Derrick Laviolette, 34, of Crest Road in Monson, Massachusetts, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of presenting a fraudulent check drawn on the town of Colebrook Bangor Savings Bank account to obtain more than $1,500 on Feb. 1, 2023, in Concord.
Jesse J. Longden, 38, of Tar Ridge Road in Springfield, Maine, on two felony possession of narcotic drug-subsequent charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on July 19, 2022, in Hooksett. Previously, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2021.
Constance J. Lowell, 52, of Main Street in Plymouth on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, in Henniker on April 14.
A Belknap County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jonathan P. Vertigans, 40, of Cartier Street in Manchester on two felony insurance fraud charges. He was accused of filing deceptive claims on Nov. 14, 2021, in Laconia.
Amanda N. Turner, 36, of Meadow Lane in Suncook on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was accused of stealing items from the Dollar Tree in Center Barnstead on Feb. 18. Turner was previously convicted on theft charges in January in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Rebekah Padua, 28, of Emerson Drive in Center Barnstead on theft of lost-mislaid property and credit card fraud-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies, and credit card fraud and attempted credit card fraud. She was accused of using and trying to use another person’s card after finding a purse on July 6, 2023, in Laconia.
Thomas Kelley, 33, of Middle Route in Gilmanton Iron Works on a felony perjury charge. He was accused of making a false statement under oath when he swore to a notary that he was the person who placed bear bait on a site used for hunting, identified in Fish & Game citations on Feb. 5.
Andrew Butterworth, 39, of Hunter Lane in Barrington on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a Sig Sauer 9 mm handgun one or more times in the crowded parking lot of the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford on Sept. 8, 2023. The acts playing that night were Pantera, Lamb of God, and King Parrott.
