Concord Teen Indicted On Child Rape, Computer Services Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on 9 stalking, 9 protective order counts; Meredith sex offender indicted on duty to report charge; woman faces theft charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Timothy J. Sackett, 57, of Lake Tarleton Road in Warren on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Concord on Dec. 7, 2022.
Ashley M. Sargent, 33, of Hodgdon Road in Northfield on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Franklin on Sept. 23, 2022.

Katelyn Schmitt, 30, of Liscomb Circle in Gilford on possession of clonazepam and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Epsom on Dec. 6, 2022.
Vicki S. Shute, 36, of Chemung Road in Meredith on a felony duty to report; registration of criminal offenders charge. She was accused of failing to let Northfield police know about her residency between Dec. 3, and Dec. 8, 2022. Shute must register with the police after being convicted of conspiracy to felonious sexual assault and indecent exposure and lewdness in Belknap County Superior Court in April 2008.

Richard A. Stebbins, 47, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on nine stalking and nine violation of protective order charges, all felonies. He was accused of violating restraining orders and stalking on Sept. 26, 2022, in Franklin, by texting and calling a protected party. Stebbins was previously convicted of a protective order violation in November 2021 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Amanda Turner, 35, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of exercising control over merchandise from Double Decker in Allenstown on Nov. 5, 2022, and NY Smoke and Vape in Concord on Feb. 3. Twice before, Turner was convicted on theft charges, the indictment said.
Natasha L. Vuletich, 33, of Beech Street in Newport on a possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on Nov. 29, 2022, in Franklin.
Joshua H. White, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on Nov. 24, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of duty to report in June 2021. White is required to register due to a felonious sexual assault conviction in Strafford County Superior Court.
David J. Wilson, 38, of Country Club Road in Manchester on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a knife in Hooksett on Nov. 29, 2022.
Ryan C. Woods, 33, of North Spring Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 22, 2022, in Concord.
Daniel Young, 19, of Metalak Drive in Concord on aggravated felonious sexual assault, two certain uses of computer services prohibited, and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a child between April 2 and Nov. 18, 2022; seducing or luring a child via a computer between April 7 and Nov. 19, 2022; and sexually assaulting a child on Nov. 19, 2022, in Concord.
