Sex Offenders Accused Of Failing To Register: Concord Police Log
Virginia woman arrested on drug charges downtown; Chicago man accused of resisting on North Main Street; trespass and mischief charges.

CONCORD, NH — David W. Handt, 63, of Concord, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Oct. 23, 2024, on a felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. About an hour later, he was charged with a second felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge.
Jeffrey Paul Johnson, 41, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 23 after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.
William Leroy Vinal, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on three felony possession of controlled drugs-subsequent charges. About 30 minutes later, he was charged with two bench warrants. Vinal was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.

Mason A. Silver, born 1997, of Concord, received a summons at 9 a.m. on Oct. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation at 189 N. Main St.
Edgar W. Gordon, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on Oct. 23 on a felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. He is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 18 conviction in July 1994 in Caribou Superior Court in Maine.

Nicole Marie Brown, born 1975, of Roanoke, Virginia, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Oct. 23 on controlled drug: sale and controlled drug: possession charges, both felonies, as well as transport drugs in a motor vehicle, three deal-possess prescription drug charges. She was also cited for failure to use required turn signal and license required; penalty. Brown was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
Amy Payne, 55, of Concord, received a summons at 2:09 p.m. on Oct. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Concord Street.
Ahmed Badry Abdelatif, born 1992, of Concord, received a summons at 10:26 a.m. on Oct. 15 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at 101 Loudon Road.
Robert Adams, born 1982, of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Oct. 15 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
Kristine Anita Vanwezel, born 1964, of Concord, received a summons at 9:15 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.
Everett R. Lages, born 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Greenwich Trail.
Eternity Butler, born 2004, of Manchester, received a summons at 6:5 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a false report of a motor vehicle accident after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
Richard E. Nagle, 37, of Goshen, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
Ashley Marie Martel, 36, of Allenstown received summonses at 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a bench warrant and a criminal mischief charge. The warrant was connected to an incident or investigation at police headquarters, while the mischief charge was after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
