CONCORD, NH — Robert Andrew Skeen, born 1950, of Hopkinton received a summons at 10:48 a.m. on Aug. 29 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation at Sam’s Club at 304 Sheep David Road.

Stefanie A. Nevin, 42, of Chichester was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 on three felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Alexander Pierre, born 2000, of Concord was cited at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Papa John’s at 234 N. Main St.

Hayden Consoletti, born 2003, of Loudon was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 14 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. Also arrested was Sasha Renee Lee, born 2004, of Concord on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Isabella Provencher, born 2006, of Concord was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on Aug. 12 on possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle after an incident or investigation on Marion Street.

Richard E. Nagle, 36, of Claremont was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on Aug. 11 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and transport drug in a motor vehicle charges after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Justin Carl Naquin, born 1990, of Manchester was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Aug. 11 on a driving under the influence charge and a lane control violation after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Robert John Atwood, 41, of Concord was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charge after an incident or investigation at St. Paul’s School at 325 Pleasant St.

Elias J. Morse, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 4:16 a.m. on Aug. 7 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St.

Herbert F. Holland, born 1971, of Concord received a summons at 12:42 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Memorial Field at 70 S. Fruit St.

Patrick Mbonyimana, born 1995, of Concord as arrested at 2:49 p.m. on Aug. 4 on disobeying an officer and operating without a valid license charges as well as a lane control violation after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
