Stalking, Threat, Protective Order Violation At Morningstar Condos: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Linda S. Bourassa, 68, of Concord was arrested on two warrants at 7:50 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2023, after an incident or investigation on Home Avenue. Warrants were issued for her arrest on Nov. 3 after dispositional conference hearings in Merrimack County Superior Court on habitual offender charges out of Franklin from May 2022 and Hooksett in March. Bourassa has a status conference on Dec. 20.

Horace M. Goodrum IV, 37, of Madison was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on Nov. 18 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Kendra Ann Williams, 60, of Concord was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Nov. 18 on a felony aggravated driving under the influence-collision with serious injury charge. Jade E. Markham, 26, of Concord was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 18 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Herbert Street. She has several open cases in superior court.

Jacques L. Pantoja, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on Nov. 18 on violation of a protective order, stalking, and criminal threatening charges after an incident or investigation at the Morning Star Condominiums at 179 Loudon Road.

Deanna L. Bennett, 51, of Concord was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Oct. 21 on stalking, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Canal Street.

Justyce Monique Duclos, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Oct. 21 on domestic violence-simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Alton Woods on Alton Woods Drive.

Analeese S. Williams, born 1989, of Merrimack was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Desiree M. Charter, 37, of Concord was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a resisting arrest charge and a headlamp required at night violation. She was after an incident on Loudon Road.

Stephan A. Olinger, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

Joseph M. Maynard III, born 1974, of Concord received a summons at 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the Equality Health Center at 38 S. Main St.
