Elderly Concord Woman Arrested On DUI Charge After Crash: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jade E. Markham, 26, of Tilton was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on July 18, 2023, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Austin C. Shelton, 28, of Concord was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on July 17 on loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.

Cordaire C. Nelson, 36, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:13 p.m. on July 17 as well as a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Robert P. Gallant, 59, of Concord received a summons for a bench warrant at 11:47 p.m. on July 17 as well as a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was charged after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

NEWS 603 was at the Comfort Inn around 11:30 p.m. on July 17 for a report of an unconscious person inside a vehicle. The man refused transportation to the hospital.

Henook Lawlor Cooper, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on July 17 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on 193 Loudon Road.

Heather Marie Lytle, 41, of Center Barnstead was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on July 17 on a bench warrant and a warrant after an incident at Granite State Credit Union on Sheep Davis Road.

Frederick Eric Alvarez, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on July 5 on registration of online identifiers and two sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charges, all felonies. On May 11, a Concord detective received an email from a Franklin detective about a sex offender, Alvarez, possibly located now in Concord but not identifying vehicles with police, a report said. Alvarez was a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in September 2014. The detective checked his registration and found he had registered a moped but no other vehicles the day before. The Franklin detective gave Concord police information about a Honda Civic he was reportedly driving and had been stopped six times during the previous three weeks, an affidavit stated. The owner of the Civic was an emergency contact in Franklin, the report said. While investigating Alvarez, the officer found a Facebook profile connected to the emergency contact with a different last name who appeared to be him, an affidavit said. A search warrant was requested for the account, and on June 15, Facebook revealed a new gmail account in Alvarez’s name and his existing cell phone number, the report said. The account, the affidavit said, was created on March 10, 2022. Alvarez was interviewed and later, an arrest warrant was issued against him.

Gregory Alan Murray, 37, of Shaker Road in Concord was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on June 12 on criminal trespass and two felony drug possession charges. He was arrested after an incident on Mountain Road.

Julia Marie Petrillo, 23, of Concord was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on April 27 on two felony possession of controlled drug counts and a transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street and a felony possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.
