Sutton Man Arrested On DUI, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Cody W. Muzzey, born 1991, of Webster received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2021, on a criminal liability for conduct of another charge. He was charged after an incident at Irving on Fisherville Road.

Tavion Dignard, 41, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Feb. 3 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Centre Street near White Park.

Christopher J. Stafford, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 2 on felony habitual offender as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, resisting arrest or detention, transport drugs in motor vehicle, breach of bail, and two possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested on Christian Avenue.

Shelley D. Plant, 39, of Greenfield received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 31 on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Samuel David Schwarz, born 2000, of Sutton was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on Jan. 30 on driving under the influence, driving under the influence-adult over 0.08, minor under 0.02, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. He was arrested on North State Street near the cemetery.

Colton James Squeglia, 24, of Concord was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Squeglia pleaded guilty to felony drug possession and resisting arrest or detention charges in January 2019 and that case, according to the Hillsborough County Superior Court North, has been reopened.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, born 1964, of Concord received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Danil J. Sanders, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Jan. 26 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Hall Street.

Kenny Joe Robbins, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on Jan. 25 on second-degree assault-domestic violence and second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Jennings Drive.
