Warner Man Indicted On MDA, LSD, Dope Distribution Charges: Roundup
Bradford gun threat indictment; Concord drug indictments; habitual offender indictments; Nashua man faces Allenstown strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Aaron K. Richard, 39, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge on Western Avenue in Henniker on May 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Deborah Roberts, 56, of Spruce Avenue in Claremont on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 89 north in Bow on May 13.

Hector L. Rodriguez, 29, of Allen Street in Boscawen on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 north in Hooksett on May 21.
Heather L. Samataro, 39, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Concord on April 6.

Christopher L. Santos, 36, of Belgian Place in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 27 in Allenstown.
John Sheehan, 70, of Melvin Road in Warner on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person in Bradford on Jan. 28.
Martin Sheehan, 31, of Boscawen on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing fentanyl on May 17 in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.
Benjamin Slowick, 33, of Center Road in Hillsboro on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 29 in Concord.
Eric J. Spaulding, 47, of North Main Street in Boscawen on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet 1500 into another vehicle while pedestrians were walking on the sidewalk on Jan. 24 in Henniker.
Corey Spencer, 48, of Demeritt Avenue in Durham on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing a check for more than $1,001 drawn on the account of others in Concord between Sept. 7, 2022, and Jan. 31.
Conner P. St. George, 32, of Waldron Hill Road in Warner on possession of MDA with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of LSD with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-LSD and methamphetamine mix, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin and psilocybin, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-LSD, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDA charges, all felonies, after an incident in Warner on Feb. 17.
Ryan D. Sullivan, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a vehicle owned by another person on May 18 in Concord.
