Franklin Man Indicted For Throwing Hatchet At A Child: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Warner man indicted on gun threat charges; Concord sex offenders indicted on registration charges; VT woman accused of strangling man.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Marc P. Bosse, 55, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the incident, on change of registration information; duty to inform and four registration of online identifiers charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to report a phone number as well as an online identifier on Sniffies.com, a gmail account, a Facebook Messenger account, and a TikTok user name on March 10 to Concord police. Bosse is a sex offender due to a possession of child sexual abuse images conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2002.
Edward Bruno, 43, of Spring Street in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties and two penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to tell police about a Facebook account and new address as well as driving on Matthews Street in Concord on March 20 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Bruno is a sex offender due to being convicted on felonious sexual assault on a victim 13 or older but under 16 by more than three years in November 2001.

Kelly L. Butler, 57, of Mill Village Road in Goshen on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and cocaine, charges on April 15 in Newbury.
Timothy Byron, 35, of Bridle Path in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 7 in Concord.

Desiree Charter, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road on March 20. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
Emily Cobb, 23, of Southridge Street in Springfield, Vermont, on two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of strangling an intimate partner or family member in New London on March 22.
Rickie Stone Jr., 54, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charges. He was accused of throwing a hatchet at a child and striking him in the leg on March 13 in Franklin.
Connor P. St. George, 32, of Waldron Hill Road in Warner on two criminal threatening and two domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill an intimate partner by pointing a gun to her head on July 28, 2022, in Warner.
Ryan D. Sullivan, 27, of South Main Street in Concord on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and hiding them to impair an investigation on Feb. 19 in Hooksett and possessing the drug in Concord on March 12.
John Sweeney, 56, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-testosterone enanthate charge on March 3.
Matthew M. Therrien, 33, of Old Coach Road in Killington, Vermont, on criminal threatening and acts prohibited — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a Colt 1911 .45 ACP at another person and possessing more than one ounce of marijuana on Jan. 25 in Bow.
