Loudon Man Arrested On Strangulation Charge After Concord Hospital Incident: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — James Michael Curran Jr., born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 1 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2023, on a bench warrant after an incident at the Steeplegate Mall at 270 Loudon Road.

Jonathan S. Kelley, born 1988, of Hillsborough was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Sept. 12 on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Martha Sartwell, born 1966, of Concord on two bench warrants. They were arrested after an incident at S&W Sports Shop at 296 S. Main St.

Felicia A. Farruggia, born 1988, of Northfield was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on Sept. 12 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Betty Ann MacKenzie, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 1:43 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Joshua Michael Fishburn, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 3:02 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2023, on a license required violation on Storrs Street.

Anthony Blake Lancelot, born 1993, of Concord was cited at 1:14 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a bench warrant after an incident on Hall Street.

Sincere T. Thomas, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on Sept. 7 on riot and robbery charges, both felonies, as well as criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, simple assault, and two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident on Depot Street. Daniel A. McBride, born 1989, of Loudon was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation and a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Spencer Smith, born 1995, of Barnstead was arrested at 1:02 a.m. on Aug. 29 on driving under the influence and DUI-aggravated-0.16-plus charge as well as an open container violation after an incident on North State Street.

Brad E. Lizotte, born 1965, of Londonderry was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on Aug. 22 on a warrant as well as three felony counts of sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowingly-subsequent charges. Faith Elizabeth Trumble, born 2004, of Franklin was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 12 on a transport alcohol by a minor charge and an unlawful possession-intoxication violation on North Main Street.

Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on Aug. 10 on an unlawful possession-intoxication violation after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
