Pittsfield Teen Indicted On Ax Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Sincere T. Thomas, 24, of Thompson Street in Concord on riot, accomplice to robbery, and accomplice to second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging in violence with Matayo Riley and Evan Bailey to assault two other people, including a woman with a skull fracture, and using force to assist Riley in stealing a pair of sneakers between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20, 2023, on Depot Street in Concord. John R. Thompson, 22, of Cedar Drive in Wolfeboro on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a building in Hooksett on Aug. 27, 2023.

Samuel P. Vachon, 31, of Memorial Street in Franklin on felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Aug. 10, 2023, in Concord, and theft by unauthorized taking from May 17, 2023, at Lowe’s in Concord.
Barry W. White, 53, of Washington Street in Concord on two duty to inform-subsequent and four registration of online identifiers-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to register a vehicle with Concord police between July 5, 2022, and March 11, 2023; failing to register a gmail account with police between Oct. 26, 2011, and March 11, 2023; failing to register a Facebook with police between Oct. 27, 2011, and March 11, 2023; failing to register a SnapChat account with police between Feb. 9, 2015, and March 11, 2023; failing to register an Instagram account with police between Jan. 9, 2017, and March 11, 2023; and failing to register phone numbers with police between Jan. 1, 2011, and March 11, 2023, and March 12, 2023. White is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in October 1991.

Antwun S. Whitney, 36, of Hall Street in Concord on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing liquor from New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet stores in Concord on June 20, June 21, and June 23, 2023. Previously, Whitney was convicted on receiving stolen property in August 2013 in both Rockingham and Hillsborough North county superior courts.
Cassandra L. Wilkinson, 38, of Burns Avenue in Concord on two felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. She was accused of driving a vehicle as a deadly weapon in Concord on May 12, 2023, and placing a police officer in danger. Nicholas T. Woods, 40, of no fixed address in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on Sept. 19, 2023, in Franklin.
Stacey Young, 40, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, clonazepam, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, and meth, on July 28, 2023, in Concord. Cory J. Bergeron, 53, of South Barnstead Road in Barnstead on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Epsom on Sept. 29, 2023.
Kaylah Bickford, 36, with a last known address of 80 Hampshire Circle in Dover, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of stealing a Honda CR-V owned by another person on Oct. 21, 2023, in Concord.
Andrew P. Bois, 19, of Dowboro Road in Pittsfield on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of possessing an ax and striking a bedroom door while stating, “I’m going to kill you,” or words to that effect in Pittsfield on July 4, 2023.
