Nashua Men Indicted On Shooting Charges In Hillsborough County Superior Court South: Indictment Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Nathan Yves Fortier, 39, of Baboosic Lake Road in Amherst, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control of a 1995 Jeep Wrangler in Milford on May 27, 2025.

Carolyn Gallaher, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 10 in Nashua.

Sheldon Grant Jr., 44, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 12 in Nashua.

Paul Gutierrez, 48, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on robbery and two accomplice-to-robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of using physical force — striking another person in the face, causing a fracture during a theft incident on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua. While acting in concert with another, Gutierrez used force during a theft incident against the same person two more times, according to the indictments.

Nickolas Hanson, 48, of Peach Drive in Nashua, on criminal threatening and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing and shooting a gun into the air and at others along the Merrimack River on May 10 in Nashua. James Henry, 57, of Prescott Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on March 31 in Nashua.

Sammy Hernandez, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and buprenorphine on March 14, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in November 2018 in Hills South.

Angers Hernandez Peguero, 20, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on felonious use of firearm, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting another man in the legs on May 2 in Nashua, in a residential area. Tyler Humphrey, 33, of Willow Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on March 26 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of control of premises in Nashua District Court in August 2025.

Alexandria Iannotti, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute on Jan. 27 in Nashua, habitual offender on Chestnut Street in Nashua on March 9 in a BMW 650 sedan, possession of methamphetamine on March 9 in Nashua, and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a mix of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl, with intent to distribute, on April 12, 2025, in Nashua.
