NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.
Scottie Collier, 44, of Louise Drive in Londonderry, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on June 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in January 2007.
James Cotreau, 35, of Delaware Road in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .wmv and .db files and on March 6 in Nashua. Edward Cunningham III, 30, of Bosley Court in Hudson, on a felony count of reckless conduct-domestic violence. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle while putting an intimate partner in danger while they were attempting to remove a child from the backseat on July 26 in Hudson.
Justin Daisey, 35, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felon in possession, sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, and possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on June 9 in Nashua. The sale incident occurred on April 20 in Nashua, according to the indictment. Previously, according to the indictment, Daisey was convicted on a possession charge in Grafton County in September 2022. Jacob C. Dionne, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Continental Boulevard in Merrimack on Aug. 6 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin Petropoulos, 43, of Stinson Lake Road in Rumney, on four felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .jpegs and .mp4s on Sept. 17, 2025, in Nashua.
Efrain Perez Abreu, 43, of Amory Street in Manchester, on operating after certification as a habitual offender and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly at night on the Daniel Webster Highway without the vehicle's headlights on in Merrimack on Nov. 3, 2025. Abreu was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and was previously convicted of habitual offender in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2020.
Marissa Powell, 36, a homeless transient now located in Manchester, on self-defense weapon-possession by felon and six controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing a stun gun as well as crack cocaine and fentanyl charges in January, April, May, June, and July 2025. Powell was accused of selling less than 1 gram of crack cocaine to a cooperating person working with the Nashua police and was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in June 2024 in Hills North. Christina M. Prevett, 56, of Preston Street in Hillsboro, on four felony counts of identity fraud. She was accused of posing as another person, a disabled adult, in order to obtain credit cards on Jan. 5, 2023, in Hudson.
Tanner Ricciardi, 35, of Beech Hill Road in Mont Vernon, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from 603 Vape in Milford on March 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges, in April 2014 in Hills South and March 2022 in Milford District Court.
Michael Roig, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony burglary count. He was accused of burglarizing Midas Muffler in Nashua on May 20.
