Concord Sex Offenders Indicted In Merrimack County: Roundup
Rochester man indicted on stolen truck charge; felon indicted on weapon charges; man indicted on 4th DUI; and fentanyl, meth indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Randy McGee, 32, of King Hill Road in New London, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl, alprazolam charges on March 27, 2019, in New London.
Anthony Meunier, 46, pictured upper left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of narcotic drug-buprenorphine and two felon in possession charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of drugs, a knife, and a Ruger 9 mm handgun on Commercial Street in Concord on June 28. At the time of the indictment, he was out on bail from May 23 in Merrimack County Superior Court on a sale of a controlled drug charge. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in Hartford County Superior Court in February 2008.

Timothy D. Miller, 42, upper center, homeless, on theft of lost or mislaid property and two penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges, all felonies. The property charge involved an Apple iTouch Watch on April 25 in Concord. Twice before, Miller has been convicted on theft charges. The criminal offenders charges stems from an incident on March 12 in Concord. Miller is accused of failing to let the Concord Police Department know that he had moved. Previously, according to the indictment, Miller had been convicted on aggravated felonious sexual assault charges in Minnesota in March 1997 and duty to report in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in July 2014.
Joel C. Mitchell, 26, of Church Street in Laconia, on felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on July 8 in Concord.

Rodney Moody, 49, upper right, of Elm Street in Penacook, on two penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges, both felonies. He's accused of failing to register as a sex offender with Concord Police on Jan. 3 and March 27 after being convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in April 1998 in Belknap County Superior Court. Previously, Moody was convicted of duty to report in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2018.
Rebecca Morrrisette, 24, of Washington Street in Washington, on acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on June 22 in Northfield.
Anthony Roesel, 27, lower left, of High Street in Tilton, on a felony driving under influence of liquor-fourth offense charge on I-93 on March 11 in Concord. Previously, he was convicted in Franklin and Concord district courts three times between 2015 and 2018.
Kendra L. Robitelle, 31, lower center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment on possession of a controlled drug-methadone and two possession with intent to distribute-meth, fentanyl charges, all felonies on Feb. 1 in Boscawen. Previously, according to the indictment, she's been convicted on sale of a controlled-narcotic drug in October 2016 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Stephen R. Reagan, 52, lower left, of Summer Street in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, on Jan. 11 in Concord.
Justin D. Parr, 40, of Main Street in Andover, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a .44 caliber revolver and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies, on April 12 in Andover. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony possession of meth charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2018.
Sean O'Mara, 47, homeless, on four felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, alprazolam, meth, heroin and fentanyl charges on March 12 in Concord.
Richard Menczywor, 32, Benton Road in Hooksett, on possession of a narcotic drug-burprenorphine, forgery, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. Between Aug. 20, and Aug. 25, 2018, he uttered a check for $200 against a woman's account and stole jewelry from a home in Hooksett. The drug charge stems from an incident in Hooksett on Feb. 11.
