Alleged Concord, Franklin Burglars, Others Indicted

A Hudson woman was indicted on drug charges, a Northfield man was indicted on DWI charges, homeless residents were indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Gavin R. Guay, 26, of Pleasant Street in Concord, for forgery and receiving stolen property, both felonies, after allegedly depositing a forged check at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord on Sept. 7, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, Guay has been convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in February 2012 and receiving stolen property in Concord District Court in October 2013.

Brandy Hager, 38, of Thorndike Street in Concord, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on State Street in Concord to an undercover police officer on June 6, 2017, and felony obtaining a controlled drug by fraud-Lyrica allegedly at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Concord on May 24, 2017.

Laura Hall, 29, of Rangers Drive in Hudson, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, Oxycodone allegedly on June 17, 2017, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of offenses in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August 2016.

Stefan Ingerson, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, for habitual offender and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine, both felonies allegedly on June 20, 2017, on Old Turnpike Road in Concord.

Adam D. Jenna, 37, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for felony burglary allegedly on Feb. 16, 2017, on West Road in Chichester.

Theresa Johnson, 28, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of felony burglary. On Aug. 18, 2016, she allegedly burglarized two homes on North Spring Street in Concord.

Dennis Kenney, 59, of Shaker Road in Northfield, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, a felony, as well as aggravated driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, and driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor. On Aug. 20, 2016, he allegedly rode his motorcycle on Shaker Road in Northfield with a blood alcohol level of more than 0.16 and caused a motor vehicle collision.

Desiree Kenyon, 22, a homeless woman now located in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on July 13, 2017, on Concord Street in Concord.
