Belmont And Bow Men Arrested On Felony Drug Charges In The City: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mandy M. Couture, born in 1985, of Pembroke, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on March 15, 2026, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and breach of bail charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Raymond J. Hastings Jr., born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on March 14 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 24 Loudon Road.

Nicholas T. Woods, born in 1983, of Belmont, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on March 13 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges following an investigation or incident on Basin Street.

Emilea Jean Wilson, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on March 12 on a stalking charge following an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.

Youtyline Toenah, born in 2000, of Concord, received a summons at 5 p.m. on March 11 on an operating without a valid license charge following an investigation or incident. Toenah was given the summons after the Prius Toenah owned was driven into a building at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Jennifer A. Wade, born in 1972, received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on March 4 on a disorderly conduct charge. Also charged with disorderly conduct was Christopher J. Wade, born in 1973, of Concord. They were charged following an investigation or incident on Pavillion Drive in Penacook.

Kelly Gene Brochu, born in 1964, of Penacook, received a summons on a warrant at 8:02 p.m. on Feb. 27 following an investigation or incident on Abbott Road in Penacook.

Amy Collins, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge following an investigation or incident at 232 Loudon Road.

Ashton Everett Garland, born in 1991, of Bow, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident a U-Haul at 29 Stickney Avenue. Garland was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an investigation or incident at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Tamara Ann Ipock, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested on two warrants at 9:46 p.m. on Feb. 24 following an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Katherine Anne Drouin, born in 1978, of Plymouth, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on Feb. 21 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions, and two breach of bail charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

David E. Anziani, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on Feb. 21 on first-degree assault-firearm, second-degree assault-strangulation, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on South State Street.
