Perp With Priors Arrested On Robbery, Assault, Theft, And Other Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Corey M. Hynes, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on March 8, 2025, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 247 Loudon Road.

Raymond W. Sylvester, 79, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on March 7 on a sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Sylvester is a sex offender due to rape convictions in Sullivan County in 2007.

Jacob A. Danek, born in 1980, of Katy, Texas, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on March 5 on a driving under the influence charge and a lane control violation on South Main Street.

Taylor M. Bachelder, born in 1992, of Concord, received a summons at 4:40 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Ashton Everett Garland, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 13 on robbery, criminal threatening, simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road. About 30 minutes later, he was charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Paul D. Costello, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on Feb. 13 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and three criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Eagles Club on South Main Street.

Donna Marie Gove, 49, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:27 p.m. on Feb. 12 after an incident or investigation at the Fairfield Inn at 4 Gulf St.

Ezekhel Raidan Morris-Mericer, born in 1981, of Hooksett, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 12 on felony operate after certified as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer charges after an incident or investigation at 101 Loudon Road.

Alan J. North, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on Feb. 12 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Jonathan M. McCarthy, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Square at 75 S. Main St.

Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a warrant after an incident or investigation under the bridge on Storrs Street.
