Numerous Drug Indictments In Merrimack County Superior Court

Man indicted after Penacook DUI motorcycle crash; Pembroke felon indicted on weapon charge; Tilton man indicted after Fort Eddy Road crash.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Melissa Peaslee, 29, of Andover, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on sale of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Central Street in Franklin on Nov. 14, 2019.

Scott Perkins, middle left, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord on aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension charges, both felonies, after a motorcycle accident on Washington Street in Penacook on Nov. 3, 2019.

Nathan Peterson, 33, of Bachelder Road in Pembroke on a convicted felons charge. A felon, he's accused of being in possession of metallic knuckles in Hooksett on Nov. 1, 2019.

Stephanie L. Pierce, 36, of Merrimack Circle in Webster on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 9, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in April 2017 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Audrey Pitts, 33, of Paul Avenue in Derry on a felony acts prohibited, possession of cocaine-fentanyl mix charge, in a hypodermic needle, on Oct. 18, 2019, in Hooksett.

Brayand Ramos Torres, 20, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony acts prohibited, possession of acetyl fentanyl-fentanyl charge on June 6, 2019, in Hooksett.

Jessy O. Rodriguez-Ruiz, lower middle, 38, of Franklin Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving more than 100 mph on Interstate 93 in Concord and Hooksett on Oct. 31, 2019.

Anthony Roesel, lower left, 27, of High Street in Tilton on habitual offender and driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol charges, both felonies. He's accused of drunken driving on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Dec. 5, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted of DUI at least three other times between 2015 and 2018. At the time, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court.

Erica Savage, lower right, 42, of River Street in Franklin on two counts of sale of fentanyl-tramadol, two counts of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 18, Sept. 23, and Oct. 16, 2019, on River Street in Franklin.

Rebecca J. Shambo, 24, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2019, in Franklin.

Derek Sikora, 36, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on I-93 in Canterbury on Oct. 4, 2019. At the time, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court.

Carolann Stevens, 25, of Kimball Street in Manchester on a felony possession of cocaine charge on May 11, 2019, in Hooksett.
