Concord Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charge: Merrimack County Court Roundup

Franklin man faces strangulation indictment; Mass. man indicted on Colebrook town account forgery charges; woman accused of Medicaid fraud.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joshua Campos, 30, of Sanborn Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of covering the mouth and grabbing the throat of an intimate partner on June 29 in Franklin.

Melissa Chilson, 25, of Pemigewasset Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 18 in Franklin.

Felisha Cunningham, 29, of Passaconaway Road in Conway on theft by deception, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and Medicaid fraud-false records charges, all felonies. She was accused of working in concert with Tucker Bean to defraud Medicaid by filing false claims between April 2, 2023, and Jan. 7.

Jessica Cyrus, 45, of Cleveland Place in Laconia on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 6 in Northfield.

Sean C. Dillon, 43, of Pine Cone Lane in Meredith on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 22 in Northfield.

Jackson Eastman, 21, of Eastern Avenue in Concord on a felony possession of child sexual abuse images charge. He was accused of possessing a video in Concord on Sept. 25, 2023. Read more about this case here: New Felony Counts Issued Against Concord Man Facing Lewdness Charges

Fred D. Emerson Jr., 40, of Coral Street in Penacook on possession of cocaine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Pittsfield on March 4.

Dominic Ferrari, 27, of Wellington Drive in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited meth charge on Aug. 12, 2023, in Concord. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2019.

Dylan R. Flannery, 31, of Main Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on two forgery and two theft by deception-$1,501-plus charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering two checks on the Bangor Savings Bank account of the town of Colebrook on Feb. 1, 2023, in Concord.

Roy M. Fletcher, 42, of Trahan Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of meth with intent to dispense, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, lorazepam, charges, all felonies, on Jan. 27, 2023, in Hooksett. According to the indictment, Fletcher was convicted of intent to distribute in Strafford County Superior Court in April 2022.
