Boscawen, Concord Men Arrested On Second DUI Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer E. Paille-Drew, 27, of Portsmouth Street in Concord was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2024, on two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after incidents on Portsmouth Street.

Trenton James Lord, 23, of Lovejoy Road in Loudon was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 12 on stalking, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident on Bog Road.

Samuel H. Niebling, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 12 on driving under the influence, DUI-second offense, and inhaling toxic vapors for effect charges as well as a motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Nathaniel Joseph Bergeron, 27, of Pittsfield was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Fabien Musore, born 1984, of Contoocook was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at 2 N. Main St.

Patricia Raimondi, born 1960, of Concord received a summons at 2:47 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Brock Romeo Labombard, born 2001, of Boscawen was arrested at 3:01 a.m. on Dec. 16 on driving under the influence and DUI-second offense charges after an incident on Hoit Road.

James R. Wesson Jr., born 1987, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on Dec. 16 on a driving under the influence charge as well as yellow-solid line violation, license required; penalty, and unregistered vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Ian G. Venne, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on Dec. 15 on criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, five simple assault, four resisting arrest or detention, and four domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Bog Road.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, born 1980, of Concord received a summons at 8:24 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Nathan Andrew Prado, born 2003, of West Covina, California, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation on Redington Road.

Jackson Roger Eastman, 21, of Eastern Avenue in Concord was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a gross lewdness in the presence of a child under 16 charge after an incident or investigation at Spirit Halloween at 10 Loudon Road.

Kelly Ladd, born 1967, of Concord was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a violation of a stalking final order and stalking charges after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.
