CONCORD, NH — Jayson Pardi, born in 2008, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on March 17, 2026, on false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook. He was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, following an investigation or incident at Books-A-Million at 6 Fort Eddy Road.

Eugene A. Keator, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 2:26 p.m. on March 15 following an investigation or incident on the Loudon Road bridge.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on March 14 on felony possession of a controlled drug, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior theft convictions. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Jennifer L. Lane, born in 1983, of Loudon, received a summons at 9:30 a.m. on March 13 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge following an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Justine Nyangyobe Ramadhani, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on March 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.
