Concord Woman Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kenny Joe Robbins, 30, of Concord, was arrested on two bench warrants at 3:44 a.m. on Feb. 24, 2025, as well as conduct after an accident and felony possession of a controlled drug and a riding on bicycles violation. He was arrested after incidents or investigations on South State Street and East Side Drive.

Robert L. Hanright, 56, of Manchester, received a summons at 4:05 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a criminal trespass charge. He was charged after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

John T. Deminico, born in 1963, of Northfield, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Feb. 20 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges, as well as an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation on Eastern Avenue.

Jennifer L. Sullivan, 55, of Laconia, received a summons at 3:50 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was charged after an incident or investigation on the bridge on Loudon Road.

Samantha Eugenia Chamberlain, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Feb. 18 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Gulf Street.

Amber Lynn Gelinas, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Feb. 17 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Isaiah Sumner, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 9:58 a.m. on Feb. 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Tucker’s at 80.5 South St.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on Feb. 15 on two warrants. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex. She failed to appear at a status conference on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and criminal mischief charges on Jan. 31. A new conference has been booked for March 20.

Brandon R. Huff, born in 1979, of New London, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Feb. 14 on two bench warrants. He was arrested at police headquarters. Huff was charged with felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus about 19 minutes later connected to an incident or investigation at Home Goods at 17 Merchants Way.

Samantha A. McKenzie, born in 1987, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 11:11 a.m. on Feb. 10 after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Logan Prince, born in 2002, of Concord, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Feb. 9 on driving under the influence, speeding, and conduct after an accident. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Lilac Street.

Justin M. Melanson, born in 1983, of Chichester, received a summons at 3:27 p.m. on Feb. 7 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
