Danbury Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Teen indicted on sexual assault charges; Mass. man indicted on Pittsfield burglary charges; Nashua man accused of strangling man in Concord.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jarrett Deuink, 37, of Buttrick Road in Danbury on eight aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping and fondling a girl in Danbury between June 2007 and September 2010.

Roderick L. Eastman, 52, of Kenrick Farm Road in Franklin on domestic violence-second degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 13, 2023, and accused of attempting to get the victim to delete messages on Dec. 16, 2023, in Franklin.

Kevin Ferreira, 37, of Gillis Street in Nashua on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a man three times on Sept. 17, 2023, in Concord.

Ronald Fournier, 52, of Bourne Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a unit on Joy Street in Pittsfield twice on April 8, 2023.

Dana P. Frauton, 32, of Mast Road in Concord on a felony operate after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Twist Hill Road in Dunbarton on Nov. 18, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Grant Gentzel, 19, of Stone Street in Concord on two felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of statutory rape of a girl between June 1 and Sept. 1, 2022, in Concord. Read more about this case here: Yearlong Concord Police Investigation Leads To Statutory Rape Charges

Fawn Gobis, 58, of Nashua Street in Manchester on a felony public assistance fraud-prohibited acts charge. She was accused of intentionally filing false statements or impersonation on Feb. 18, 2022, to obtain benefits from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

Richard Gobis, 55, of Laval Street in Manchester on a felony public assistance fraud-prohibited acts charge. He was accused of intentionally filing false statements or impersonation on Feb. 7, 2022, to obtain benefits from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

Jennifer Harding, 44, of Front Street in Pembroke on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on Oct. 30, 2023. Harding, twice before, was convicted on theft charges, the indictment stated.
