Hooksett Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Vacationing Concord sex offender faces reg. charges; convicted homeless thief accused of being a porch pirate; crash leads to felonies.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
David Paul Allen, 40, of Fisherville Road in Concord on three felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to report a Facebook account on Jan. 13, failing to report a trip to Cancun, Mexico, between Jan. 15 and Jan. 26, and failing to report an international cruise, leaving from Tampa, Florida, between March 4 and March 11 to police as required due to his sex offender registration status. Christopher J. Bilodeau, 44, of West Bank Road in Hooksett on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, endangering the welfare of a child, indecent exposure and lewdness, and incest charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl and pleasuring himself in front of the girl between March 2019 and Oct. 22, 2022.

Tabatha Lynn Braley, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on April 18 in Concord.
Haleen Ann Buonano, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of attempting to take a package delivered by Amazon at a home on Downing Street. Twice before, Buonano has been convicted of theft.

Michelle P. Bushman-Desmarais, 52, of North Main Street in Franklin on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of receiving $1,350 via a fraudulently obtained check and depositing the check on Oct. 27, 2022, in Franklin.
Kenneth Carter, 36, of Chase Road in Londonderry on a felony perjury charge. He was accused of making a false statement under oath on May 17, 2021.
David J. Casey Jr., 22, of Bodwell Road in Manchester on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer and reckless driving charges. He was accused of driving a 2013 Ford Edge on Route 3A in Bow in a reckless manner, at speeds of more than 100 mph, causing an accident with injury on Nov. 26, 2022. Alexander Cassell, 31, of Broadlawn Park in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Concord on May 3.
Charles Castillo, 51, of Thomas Avenue in Pelham on an insurance fraud count and two title fraud counts, all felonies. He was accused of failing to tell an insurer he was a resident of Massachusetts, presenting a false title on a 2016 Honda Civic, and presenting a false bill of sale for the car on Jan. 12, 2021, in Concord.
