Belmont, Manchester Thieves Arrested Again: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Allen Wayne Downs, 39, of Belmont, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on Jan. 31 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. Also arrested was Kelani Ann Castellez,37, of Manchester, on a bench warrant as well as theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment charges. They were both arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Marc P. Bosse, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on Jan. 27 on driving while intoxicated, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 394 N. State St.

Desiree M. Charter, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on Jan. 27 on a theft of services charge. She was accused of not paying her tab at Applebee’s at 260 Loudon Road.

Sean Donald Leighton, 31, of Candia, received a summons at 8:55 p.m. on Jan. 25 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation on Parmenter Road.

Christopher J. Violette, born in 1990, of Boscawen, was arrested on a warrant at 11:22 a.m. on Jan. 25 as well as stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Altitude Trampoline Park at 270 Loudon Road.

Nathan Stenson Sr., born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Tyler J. Payne, 39, of Weare, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Jan. 16 on a burglary charge after an incident or investigation at the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road.

Tayrone Dasilva, born in 2006, received a summons at 6:50 p.m. on Jan. 10 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation at 162 Manchester St.

Ashley T. Goudreau, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Jan. 10 on two possession of a controlled drug charges. Also arrested was Ryan D. DeGreenia, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on Jan. 10 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
