CONCORD, NH — Justin Robert Cate, born in 1983, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on May 1, 2025, on violation of a protective order, breach of bail, and two stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on South Street.

Regis Irumva, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on April 29 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Quick Mart at 125 Loudon Road.

Tracey L. Rhude, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on April 28 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Ethan Everett Lamears, born in 2007, of Marlborough, received a summons at 4:26 p.m. on April 27 for reckless conduct after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

William Joseph Fraser, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 26 on driving under the influence, DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02, and transportation of alcohol-open container charges as well as a failure to use required turn signal violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Denise A. Davenport, born in 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on April 25 on a warrant and a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
