Concord Man Faces Strangulation, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ivy H. Barboza, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 12:24 p.m. on March 11, 2021, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at 101 Loudon Road.

Jillian L. Halloran, born 1988, of Center Barnstead was arrested on a warrant at 8:09 p.m. on March 8 after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive.

Larry D. Hacker, born 1957, of Rumney received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on March 6 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Dick's Sporting Goods on Loudon Road.

Jacob Youboty Toenah, 42, of Concord was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on March 3 on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge and a single count of domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an incident on Old Suncook Road.

Peter Michael Brock Houle, born 1998, of Webster was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on March 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident in the area of Village Street in Penacook.

Joseph H. Thorpe, 24, of Epsom received a summons on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on the Exit 13 onramp of Interstate 93 south at 10:30 a.m. on March 2. He has an active drug charge out of Deerfield and is due back in Rockingham County Superior Court on April 8.

Celia A. Cordova, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 12:33 a.m. on March 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Bog Road.

Aaron Pitou Erickson, 42, of Concord received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on March 1 on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Judith E. Andrews, born 1949, of Concord received a summons at 7:35 a.m. on March 1 on a theft of services-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at D'Angelos on Loudon Road.

William Joseph Milardo, 57, of Concord was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Russell Street.

Larz Raymond Menard, 22, of Concord was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on Feb. 28 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. Menard has active felony controlled drug cases in superior court and was accused of failure to appear at a dispositional conference on March 12. He is due for a bail hearing in court on April 2. Menard pleaded guilty to a deadly weapon criminal threat charge in November 2019, theft charges in August 2019, and drug possession charges in March 2019.

Carl D. Soderberg, 52, of Concord was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Feb. 27 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges after an incident on Concord Street. He was arrested again at 7:30 p.m. on March 2 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident on Concord Street.

Kristie Matott, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Feb. 27 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
