Penacook Woman, Epsom Man Arrested On Aggravated DUI-0.16-Plus Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Alexander Bagsby, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 5:33 a.m. on March 28, 2025, on a warrant after an investigation or incident at 4 Bouton St.

Robert Alden Johnson, born in 1978, of Epsom, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on March 27 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and DUI-second offense-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on the Loudon Road bridge.

Isaiah Gross, born in 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on March 26 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Thorndike Street.

Zinamarie Colby, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on March 25 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an investigation or incident at Odd Fellows Avenue.

Nathaniel Joseph Bergeron, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on March 24 on two warrants after an investigation or incident at 170 N. State St.

Lucien Robert Vincent, 51, of Loudon, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on March 5 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Nathan P. Lemire, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on March 5 on a criminal mischief charge after an investigation or incident on School Street.

Raymond William Punturieri, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on March 6 on controlled drug: drug enterprise leader, controlled drug-sale, etc.-methamphetamine, controlled drug-sale, etc.-cocaine, controlled drug-sale, etc.-fentanyl, and four possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at 164 Loudon Road.

Emily A. Hilger, born in 1997, of Penacook, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on March 7 on aggravated DUI-0.16-plus and DUI charges as well as an unregistered vehicle violation. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on Pleasant Street.

Kendrick H. Waddell, 53, of Concord, received a summons at 3:25 a.m. on March 7 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at the Capital Plaza in Downtown Concord.

Jessica Wilson, 47, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. on March 7 on six felony possession of controlled drug charges after an investigation or incident on Hall Street.

Joshua S. Puckett, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 8 a.m. on March 8 on unauthorized use and disobeying an officer charges as well as two unofficial inspection-registration decal violations. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Airport Road.
