Penacook Woman Indicted In Fatal Concord Bike Crash: Roundup
Plus: Allenstown man indicted on liquor theft; other charges; Concord man indicted on gun theft charge; meth and other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Laurieann Turner, 34, of Main Street in Pembroke on aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree assault, and conduct after an accident charges, all felonies. She's accused of drunken driving a Kia Rio on Pembroke Street in Pembroke on Aug. 30, 2019, and colliding with a bicycle rider who suffered traumatic brain injury.
William L. Vinal, pictured lower left, 51, homeless in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on Sept. 23, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019.

Jessica Warren, upper middle, 42, of Washington Street in Penacook on a felony driving after revocation or suspension charge. She's accused driving on Fisherville Road in Concord on Sept. 5, 2018, and crashing into Sgt. Patrick Betten of the New Hampshire Department of Corrections while he was bicycling, causing his death.
Kerry Whittier, upper right, 57, homeless in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Oct. 10, 2019, in Concord.

Andy Williams, 55, of Sunrise Lane in Allenstown on theft by unauthorized taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. He's accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hooksett on Sept. 19, 2019, and accused of driving Sara Lovern to liquor stores in Hooksett and Pembroke between Sept. 1, and Nov. 30, 2019, where more than $1,500 worth of alcohol was stolen.
Michael Brad York, lower right, 28, of Catamount Road in Goffstown on felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Nov. 9, 2019.
Thomas W. Young, lower middle, 40, homeless in Concord, on acts prohibited-possession of meth, on acts prohibited-possession of cocaine, and on acts prohibited-possession of methadone hydrochloride charges, all felonies, on April 6 in Concord.
Kyle D. Nelson-Garvey, 32, of Charles Street in Penacook on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of racking and pointing a firearm at others on Sept. 21, 2019, in Concord.
Stephen D. O'Brien, 48, of Kendall Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth on Oct. 22, 2019, in Franklin. He was convicted previously in Merrimack County Superior Court on other charges.
Christopher A. Ordway, 26, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 26, 2019, in Concord.
Zachary I. Parent, 32, of River Street in Franklin on identity fraud and two forgery charges, all felonies. He's accused of posing as another and forging checks to defraud Franklin Savings Bank in Franklin on Sept. 20, and Sept. 23, 2019.
