Manchester Man Arrested On Robbery, Assault Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jessica L. Ehrgott, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2025, on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Bouton Street.

Scott R. Savage, born 1975, of Franklin, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Jan. 30 on two criminal threat against a person charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Washington Street.

Colby A. Spofford, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Jan. 30 on burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Abbott Road in Penacook.

Lindsey Wagner, born 1992, of Pembroke, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Humphrey Street.

Michael T. Maloney, born 1949, of Concord, received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane violation after an incident or investigation on Broadway.

Amaro Orlando Ramos, 64, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Jan. 30 on robbery, simple assault, and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Keegan Andrew Famisan, born 2004, received a summons at 10:15 p.m. on Jan. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a driver’s license prohibitions violation arrested after an investigation or incident on Centre Street.

Ronald Delgaudio, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 3 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and criminal trespass charges. Also arrested was Sean P. Lambert, 32, on a felony possession of a controlled drug and criminal trespass charges and Guerry Jason Wardell, born 1980, on a felony possession of a controlled drug and criminal trespass charges. They were all arrested after an investigation or incident at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Xaviest Luis Rosario, born 2005, of Concord, received a summons at 4 a.m. on Jan. 3 on an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. Also charged was Angelina Dorren Torres, born 2005, of Manchester, on an unlawful possession-intoxication violation. They were charged after an investigation or incident at the Railyard Apartments at 18 Langdon Avenue.

Christopher A. Winston, born 1972, of Concord, received a summons at 10:17 p.m. on Jan. 2 on an operating without a valid license charge after an investigation or incident at the Everett Arena on 15 Loudon Road.

Regis Babu Irumva, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Jan. 2 on domestic violence-criminal threat, criminal threatening, and criminal mischief charges after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.
