CONCORD, NH — Dylan Harrington Peterson, 31, of Goffstown, was arrested at 8:18 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2025, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and following too closely violation after an incident or investigation at 64 Regional Drive.

Aponte Henrry Velazquez, born 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. on Jan. 30 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.

Joshua D. Gullage, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a felony operate after certified as habitual offender and false report of a motor vehicle accident charges after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Jocelyn Charles, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on Jan. 29 on stalking, breach of bail, and criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on Woodbine Avenue.

Shane J. Demers, 34, of Milford, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Jan. 29 on three bench warrants after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.

Joshua Ryan Coulombe, born 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Jan. 29 on a transport alcohol by a minor and possession-use of a tobacco product by a minor violations after an incident or investigation on Franklin Street.

Jeanette D. Hynes, born 1992, of Sanbornton, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. on Jan. 15 on driving under the influence, felony possession of a controlled drug, disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening charges as well as an open container violation. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at 154 Broad Cove Drive.

Mikayla W. Fiske, 33, of Loudon, was arrested at 5:58 a.m. on Jan. 15 on forgery and two possession of a controlled drug charges, all felonies, after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

James Coleman Robinson, 33, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on Jan. 15 on a driving under the influence charge as well as open container, unsafe lane change, and yellow-solid line violations after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Pamela Scyocurka, born 1946, of Concord, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Jan. 15 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on New Meadow Drive.
